Meet Dr. Brandy Johnson
A Lifelong Dream
Dr. Brandy knew from the age of five that she would grow up to become a chiropractor just like her dad. He would often take her to the office with him. She even had her own uniform with her name and the chiropractic symbol on it! Born in Lafayette, Louisiana, she moved around a lot and spent most of her growing-up years in Missouri. St Louis is where she decided on Logan College of Chiropractic and became a die-hard St. Louis Blues fan.
Although Dr. Brandy knew early on what she wanted to be when she grew up, her path to chiropractic wasn’t a straight line. She took time off from college and worked in restaurant management to learn business skills. Then she enrolled at Logan, graduating with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2020.
Meeting Patients on Their Terms
Dr. Brandy gets tremendous joy helping patients feel better and enjoy life. She knows people don’t want to spend all day doing chiropractic homework—they just want to move better and without pain. That’s why she develops care plans that are concise and address the patient’s issue, while giving them tools they can use at home to maintain their health and function.

Bridging Old School and New Age
Dr. Brandy’s lifelong experience with “old school” traditional chiropractic provides a sound basis for her method of care. But she augments that with education and certification in a variety of modalities to provide a modern, more well-rounded approach. Her advanced training includes:
- Acupuncture
- Cupping
- Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) certification
- Kinesio taping
- Selective functional movement assessment (SFMA) certification
Away from the Office
When she’s not at the office, Dr. Brandy spends most of her time with her husband, Dr. Chris, and their two cats and one dog. She loves playing and watching sports, especially the St. Louis Blues. She and Dr. Chris also enjoy exploring new areas together, and she often goes to hear live music.
